I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of Florence with everything within reach. The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, although the dining experience left a little to be desired. The facilities were top-notch, but keep in mind some aspects could be improved. Overall, a great value for the money.
